I want to help you create insight, identify strengths, and develop effective practical skills to overcome the challenges that you face.
I specialize in career counseling which includes executive and business coaching, career transitions/promotions, stress and time management skills, and interpersonal workplace issues. I also have significant experience addressing relationship issues, communication problems, anger management, conflict resolution, anxiety, and mood disorders such as depression
Taking the first step into the counseling environment can sometimes be stressful. When we meet, my initial goal is to help alleviate that stress, provide support, and make you feel heard. I feel there is power in knowledge and I try to provide education and teach various skills which can be implemented after the session ends.
