My goal is to help people learn to love themselves and to make their own decisions/changes, while enabling the process of emotional growth & health enabling greater life satisfaction.
After graduate school, I trained at a 2 year post grad marriage & family therapy institute, hosted a radio talk show and trained other mental health providers, In over 35 years of experience, I've gained the knowledge to best help my clients.
