I support young mother's of color on their quest to strengthen their family dynamics and work on their own selves. Let's face it, raising a family can be challenging along with caring for yourself and it is nearly impossible to be present for everyone else without taking care of yourself. I support women and children identify the skills they need to move forward past any issues, big or small and thrive. I am an author of a children's book called Elijah Was Brave, that encourages and educates families on mental health. I also have extensive training and have completed research on postpartnum depression. My overall goal is to help support families and individuals through the obstacles of life. I provide online therapy only, which is a huge benefit.
