I offer individual therapy for adults. I am trauma-informed and treat all mood disorders (including Bipolar), anxiety disorders (including OCD), Complex PTSD, and adult ADHD. I also specialize in stage of life transitions (grief, empty nesters, job loss, etc), intimate partner abuse, history of abuse or domestic violence, and chronic anger.
