I’m a nationally board-certified & Oregon licensed music therapist, and registered professional counselor associate. I care deeply about connection, and helping people discover and accept their genuine inner self through creative arts and psychotherapy. I am currently working under the supervision of Andrew K Lundgren, M.A., LMFT, LPC at Dirkse Counseling & Consulting, Inc., in working towards my full licensure. In addition to therapy, I also offer neurodivergent-affirming assessment for Autism and ADHD. My assessment type cannot be used to obtain certain disability services. Please note there is a waitlist for assessment services.

I have a diverse and eclectic work experience with individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. I believe in treating a person holistically using an overall approach of acceptance and inclusivity. I am passionate about and specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families in navigating the world through your lived experience.

Individuals from all walks of life are welcome in my office, and it’s important to me to always create an atmosphere of honesty, openness, and safety for my clients. I am an AuDHD clinician who is neurodivergent affirming. As a note, I provide music therapy, psychotherapy, job coaching, and clinical assessment depending on desire and fit for you.

I am starting a late diagnosis autism support/processing group! The group information is included in the image. Please let me know if you have any questions—the start date is TBD depending on when enough clients reach out. This group is meant for folks who weren't "officially" diagnosed or self diagnosed Autistic/Autism Spectrum Disorder until adulthood and are navigating the waters of new information and identity development. **I may be able to offer another version of this group in person in PDX if enough people reach out who are interested.

This group is for caregivers and parents of neurodivergent children who are looking to learn about important topics of the inner world of a neurodivergent person. The goal for this group is to teach information and education in order to help parents better understand their child in hopes to feel more equipped in the parenting journey. Parents and caregivers with children of all ages are welcome! This group will run on a drop in" basis, so you are not required to come every week and can come continuously throughout the year if you miss a week and want the info.
