I individualize therapy to the unique needs of my clients. I emphasize holistic growth and healing by incorporating the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of a client into treatment.
I provide individual therapy for anxiety, OCD, depression, grief/loss, relational problems, AD/HD, and life transitions. Additionally, I offer career assessment and counseling for high school students or adults seeking to understand which career or educational path will best suit them based on their interests, abilities, and personality.
