Hi! I am so glad you are here. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, but you took the first step, and I am excited to meet you. My role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner allows me the opportunity to walk with you in whatever stage of life you are currently in. I believe in meeting people where they are at and working towards realistic goals together.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 8 years in various settings including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics and corrections. My experience includes children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, thought disorders, substance abuse, trauma and grief.
Our sessions will be a safe space for you to express how you feel and I want all of my clients to feel heard and supported. Together we will laugh, cry and grow.
