Trauma Affect Regulation: Guidelines for Education and Therapy (TARGET) is a strengths-based and present-centered approach to teach self-regulation skills to people who have experienced chronic stress, adversity, or trauma and are experiencing negative symptoms. TARGET teaches practical skills that people of all backgrounds and ages naturally use when they tap into the remarkable capabilities of the human brain to think clearly under stress. ***This is not a trauma processing group. This is a skills group.*** 10 session - 1hr/week cost is $500 paid upfront or $50 weekly before group starts. 4-8 people per group. This is a closed group.
