Dr. Anna Sverdlik is the founder of Melioscope, an analytics and advisory company specializing in optimizing well-being and engagement in organizations. She earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology at McGill University, and has over a decade and a half of experience conducting research on issues related to motivation, mental health, and optimal functioning in various organizational settings.
