There is no limit to what can be discussed in counselling. I offer professional, in-person counselling from a peaceful room in Norwich to individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family issues or other challenges. In a calm, confidential space we can explore together whatever it is that brings you here - whether it be traumatic events from the past, current circumstances or fears about the future. I can help to stabilise things now and when a trusting relationship is established we can look at the past. We can go at your pace. I will endeavour to help you find solutions and ways towards a more fulfilling life.
I work from a warm, comfortable room where I will listen attentively and with empathy. I can draw on different therapeutic styles to help you make sense of what is going on. With greater self-awareness and understanding you may start to feel more positive; you will be able to set clearer boundaries and gain tools to manage difficult emotions.
