I am a BABCP accredited CBT psychotherapist with a background in social work & nursing. I work with both high, & low intensity mental health presentations. I have a special interest in OCD, & have experience providing therapy to children, teens & adults. I look forward to helping you to improve your mental health via CBT in a non-judgemental way.
