There may be times when life just seems too much - we need someone to listen, to really hear us and help to unpick what's happening. I work with clients by building a trusting relationship where we can develop tools to help. I aim to invite self-awareness, to empower a clear sense of who you are in the world, allowing clients to notice their patterns and make choices. Often this leads to a deeper exploration of relationships, childhood experiences and adverse or traumatic experiences. Together, we can address the past and present in a calm and effective way.
I work with teens, young adults + adults face to face in Horley. I offer a confidential, trusting relationship where any issue can be explored without fear of judgement. We can use creative or visual tools as well as Cognitive Behavioural Techniques if you think this is something you may find useful.
Meeting consistently together we can work towards self-compassion and autonomy. After our work you will feel equipped with the self-awareness, confidence, and the tools to move forwards on your journey. My fee is £50 per session. I ask that payment is made by bank transfer at least 48 hours ahead of the session to secure the spot. If you would like to block pay for 12 sessions this is available at a 10 percent reduction. I will email bank details after our initial consultation.
