Are you looking for some support but not sure where to turn? I believe talking is a really powerful thing. I am really passionate about empowering you to become your own therapist by helping you find coping strategies that work for you and you can use in any situation life brings. Talking to a therapist can be quite daunting. However, I truly believe talking through a problem can really help. I can help you to identify and understand issues you are struggling with and together we can come up with a plan on how to help you overcome these.
I offer one to one CBT sessions both face to face in Midlothian and also online sessions via zoom. During these sessions we will work together to address any issues you are facing and help by introducing some coping strategies to help you manage them. I also have experience of running depression, stress management and anxiety groups.
I am passionate about helping people to learn useful skills that can help you to cope better no matter what life throws at you. Over the last decade, I have worked with the NHS, charity sector and private practice both created and managed self-management programs to help people to better look after their physical and mental health.
