After the June 27 presidential debate, many people feel depressed by the thought of old men in the White House. The following may be the antidote to making a false comparison between the two:

• If Biden is elected to a second term, many will hope against hope that he won’t die in office. However, if he does, we know exactly how to get another one.
• If Trump ascends to a second term, an ever-growing number of Americans will only be fearful of Trump’s longevity.

We are good at installing a new president when the old one passes on. But if Trump serves his full term, just where do we go to get a new country after Trump trashes the one we have now?
