In addition to its variety of state parks, Maine also boasts Acadia National Park and 8 natural wildlife reserves. They stretch across the state from the Aroostook National Wildlife Preserve down to Fort McClary State Historic Site in Kittery. To give you a better picture of where you may want to go, we created this map. It’s advisable to check websites for specific hours of operation and other details.
