Ingredients for Bacon Chili Sauce-6 servings • 1lb ground beef • 1/2 lb bacon, sliced thin • 1 large onion, minced • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 2 1/2 tsp kosher salt • 6oz tomato paste • 4 cups water • 1 tbsp chili powder • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • Canyon Bakehouse Sub Rolls, Grilled • 6 hot dogs *Toppings onions, relish, mustard, pickled jalapenos and cheese Place a stock pot over medium heat. Allow the pan to heat up and add • the sliced bacon. Cook until partially crispy and add in the ground • beef and onion. Once the beef is cooked add the pepper, salt, chili • pepper, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and water. Cook for 30-45 • minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Set aside.
