Aguachile, ceviche, sushi, poke… you name it, I WANT IT. 🤣 If you’ve never had aguachile, it is similar to ceviche as the shrimp are cooked in lime juice. Aguachile verde is the most common variation, but there are many different ways to enjoy it! This is my staple aguachile recipe, I hope you enjoy. 🤍 Ingredients: •1 lb raw shrimp •1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice (about 12 limes) •2-3 serranos, stems and seeds removed •1 jalapeño, stem and seeds removed •1/2 bunch cilantro •1 avocado, cubed or sliced •1 cucumber, peeled, seeds removed & thinly sliced •1/2 red onion, thinly sliced •1/2 tsp salt •black pepper, to taste •for serving: tostadas, saltines, ch
