But I was a stubborn kid and didn’t.  These eggplant meatballs quickly became my favorite. They are a perfect meatless 🍆 option and I promise you will love them
I usually serve this with 🍝 pasta as the first course. Then we eat the meatballs with a delicious salad.  It makes the perfect big Sunday family dinner!! 
I love to use my favorite brand of durum wheat pasta for this @bionaturae_organics I also used their canned tomatoes and EVOO. I highly recommend their products.  They are organic from italy and the

Meatballs:
-1 lb. 93/7 ground turkey, 
-1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
-1 egg 
-5 garlic cloves grated, 
-1 inch of ginger grated
-1 bunch of scallions finely chopped (save some greens for garnish)
-salt and pep 

Sauce:
-2 TBL Hoisin 
-1/3 reduced sodium soy sauce 
-1 TBL rice wine vinegar
-3 TBL chili garlic sauce
-2 TBL honey
-2 tsp toasted sesame oil
-1 TBL cornstarch 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all of the meatball ingredients. Using an ice cream scoop to make sure they’re the same size, scoop and roll meatballs. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. I get about 11 meatballs. Spray tops with some avocado oil. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees.

here’s what you need:
1 tjs pizza crust
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ricotta
4 basil leaves, chopped 
10 uncured pepperoni or prosciutto would work! 
2 tbsp minced garlic 
hot honey 

preheat oven to 425 degrees. brush minced garlic on flatbread to cover. add to oven for 3 minutes on middle rack. remove from the oven and top with shredded mozzarella, dollops of ricotta cheese and pepperoni to cover. place back in oven for 12 minutes. remove and top with fresh basil, a good drizzle of hot honey and fresh arugula. enjoy!"

8 oz Dry Egg noodle package or Fresh
egg noodle
2 each Slice carrots
1/4 each slice yellow onion
3 cups cabbage comes out of 1/4 big cabbage
3 each Dice garlic Cloves
1 bunch Green onion, only green part

Sauce:
2 tbsp. Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar or regular sugar

1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. oyster sauce

Instructions:
Start by slicing your onion, carrots, cabbage, garlic, and green onion and set aside for later use.
Time to make your sauce, place the dark soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, water, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper in a bowl and mix until fully combined.

2kg - 2.5kg Leg of lamb 
2 onion, quartered 
2 bulbs garlic, halved 
5 sprigs rosemary 
2 sprigs mint

Olive oil
Salt

750 ml lamb stock (beef stock will work if you don’t have lamb) 

- Remove the lamb from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. 
- Preheat oven to 150C (fan).
- Half your garlic bulbs and quarter the onion, place in the bottom of a roasting tin. Add the rosemary, rub the mint between your hands and also add. 
- Place the lamb on top with the thick side facing up. Season, rub in then flip over so the bottom of the leg is now facing upwards. Season, rub in, then drizzle over oil and honey to cover. 
- Pour the stock around the leg (not over the top of it) and cover with foil. Don’t tighten too much as w

📌For sauce:
150g (3/4 cup) of butter
1 onion

80g (1/4 cup) of ketchup
Worcester sauce
40ml (2 1/2 tbsp) of white vinegar

👉METHOD

Cocoa Cola Baby Back Ribs - Full Recipe ⬇️

2 racks baby back ribs 
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 
3 tablespoons light brown sugar 
2 tablespoons kosher salt 
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
2 teaspoons allspice 
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 pound thin linguine - or any pasta you like
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil - divided
5 cloves garlic - sliced
1/4 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper flakes
24 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes - halved
salt to taste
2 cups reserved pasta water - will most likely not need it all

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta until 1 minute less than al dente.

This recipe is delicious and makes great leftovers…if you have any!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.⁣

Chop 1 large cauliflower head into small florets or use prepackaged about 5 cups.  Generously spray a 9x13 baking dish with avocado oil/cooking spray and add chopped cauliflower. ⁣

Drizzle the cauliflower with 2T olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 package taco seasoning. Toss to be sure all the florets are covered and bake for 10 minutes.⁣ 

While cauliflower is cooking, add the 1 lb ground turkey to a skillet and brown. When cooked all the way through, drain the grease and return to the skillet and add 1/3 c water and the other taco seasoning packet.

The traditional recipe requires straining and cleaning the sauce once all the veg have gone soft, which is messy, time consuming and wasteful. I have tweaked it so that onions, carrots are browned separately (alongside the mushrooms which is traditional) and added towards the end so that it’s the perfect consistency when serving. Saves you having to take that annoying extra step 🙏🏼

Season 8 medium to thin cut pork chops with salt and pepper and put them into a 9” x 13” baking pan.
Add 2 TBSPs of french onion dip on each pork chop.
Sprinkle one bag of French fried onions on top of the  pork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. 
Broil a couple minutes at the end. (I don’t recommend using a glass pan if broiling)
