We have some chopped red pepper, We have some carrots. You can use any slice of carrots you'd like. I just think these are really fun for this dish. We have some baby Bella mushrooms. I did rinse these. You can leave mushrooms out. If you choose to do so, let me know if you want to use something else instead. What would you use instead of mushrooms? I like mushrooms. Me too. We have some green onion. I'm just going to give this a little snip here. I did rinse this as well. I know you guys are asking me if I rinse my veggies. I do. I do rinse my veggies. Let me know. Do you think I should like show that part on camera? I figure you guys don't want to see that part but let me know. We are coming in with some garlic. The recipe originally calls for minced garlic. Uh I'm just going to use free dried because this is what I've got on hand. Saves me a little bit of time to use the freeze dried instead of the minced. Super convenient. Yes, love it. And we have some soy sauce. I'm going in with two tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce. Delish. Yum. Love that. We have some sesame seeds. Ooh. This is going to be such a great recipe you guys. And we have some brown sugar. So originally it says four tablespoons. I think that's way too much. I'm just going to come in with two. Just to do a little bit of a sprinkle here. Just adds the sweetness. And the little edge there that compliments the soy sauce. Love it. And we've got some chicken broth. I'm using a low sodium option here. This chicken broth complements our veggies really really well. I feel like it's a little bit of a flavor than the beef broth but you guys can use any type of broth that you would like for this. This is going to be such a delicious, easy dinner. I love being able to just take, you know, ideas from recipes and get inspired and make my own version. So, I hope this does the same for you. Just like that, our base is set. We're going to go ahead and give this crock pot a lid. We're going to turn this to high and we will check on our dinner in moments. Ooh la la look at this. This is smelling so good. This was cooking for about two and a half hours. We've got our our beef and our veggies looking great. Smelling great. Okay. We have two packages of our ramen noodles. Going to take the seasoning out. We don't need these. We just are here for the noodles. Here we go and I'm using two cups of hot water. This is hot water that we're adding to our chicken broth base here and this is just going to help with our noodles and make it a delicious soup. Yum and we are going to add some fresh cilantro to this. I love addition of the cilantro. I think the flavor is really complimentary to our beef and our yummy veggies. Here we go. So nice. So nice. A very refreshing dinner that's packed with flavor. Just going to push these down. Submerge them a bit in our broth there. Oh yeah. Alrighty. So we're just going to pop this lid back on and give it a little moment to cook. Wow. This looks so yummy. So, I had these noodles cooking for all of 3 minutes, you guys. So easy. Just adding those noodles in at the last moment here. So, this is an easy beef and ramen soup. Wow. Yum. Super yum. Scrumptious. Wow. Okay. These long noodles. These are so fun to eat. Alrighty. Should give this a try. I want some of the veggies. I want some of the noodles. Ooh. Some of that beef. Okay. I love this soup. So good. Nice. You have to try this soup. It is so good. I love that ramen.
