First, select your fabric and ensure it’s clean and ironed. Choose a design from a napkin or printed paper, and gently tear out the design. Apply a thin layer of water-based varnish or glue or saran wrap, on the fabric, then place your design. Smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles, then apply another layer of varnish or glue. Allow it to dry and voila, you’ve successfully decoupaged onto fabric! Remember, patience is key to perfect decoupage.
