Can we be real for a moment? No matter how hard we try to wake up in a positive mood, some days it just doesn’t happen! In fact we're down right cranky! 😂 But, we don’t have to let that dictate the rest of our day…our solution? MOVE YOUR BODY! It’s pretty simple: Engage in physical activity to positively influence your mood. This is a practice everyone should incorporate daily, even on days when motivation seems nonexistent! You just might be surprised at how great you feel after! After all, you’re one workout out, or body movement sesh, away from a good mood! Find a way to move your body that resonates with you, it could be as simple as walking your dog, going for a hike - it doesn’t have to be hard! Then aim to gradually increase it—day by day, week by week, and month by month.

Easy Morning Routine Tip that will Energize You, and Break Up the Brain Fog! Did you know that after a night's rest, we wake up slightly dehydrated? It's kind of like going hours without drinking water during the day. Fun Fact 1: A dehydrated brain finds it tough the focus. This can show up in the form of brain fog, slower reaction times, finding it tough to concentrate and or having issues with thinking clearly. Fun Fact 2: Dehydration leads to fatigue and you may feel sluggish and low energy. Sooo, when you wake up in the morning have one, preferably two glasses of water to rehydrate your system, help get things moving, wake up your brain and get you energized.
