Mocktails-Pineapple Mojito
· 4 servings Ingredients • frozen pineapple concentrate • fresh mint leaves • 2 limes • honey • sparkling water • ice Start by mixing your concentrate. Mine called for adding 32 ounces of water. I like a more intense flavor so I only added 20 ounces. Next slice your limes and quarter. Reserve slices for garnish. Add about 1/4 cup of limes to the bottom of each glass. Pour in 1-2 teaspoons of honey. Muddle the limes until they release juices. Next add about 1/4 cup of mint leaves and muddle these as well. Don't do them too much though, the mint will get bitter. Add your ice, then 1/3-1/2 cup pineapple juice. Fill the remaining cup with sparkling water. Serve and enjoy!! This is the best and easiest mocktail out there, making it the perfect non alcoholic drink for you
