Fructose Mal Friendly
I have studied the Fructose Malabsorption diet and worked with clients on adjusting to the necessary changes, for over 20 years. Most feel better in just a few days on this diet. I find it easier to adjust favorite recipes than to find the perfect recipe as is. This is a collection of recipes where with just a few modifications, you should be bloat free. Many recipes are good to go as is!
