Frittatas are so easy and you can get super creative with the add-in’s! Here are the instructions for this one! • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. • Add butter to an oven-safe pan, and melt on medium-low heat. • Stir-fry frozen spinach (no need to defrost) until cooked through (about 4 minutes). • Crack eggs into a bowl and add in goat cheese crumbles, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce. Whisk bowl’s contents with a fork. • Pour egg mixture into the pan, and let sit (don’t stir) on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 5-15 minutes (check on it every 5 minutes), or until eggs have cooked through. • Note: You can also put it in the oven for 20-25+ minutes instead of cooking it first on the stovetop. Whichever method you prefer! •
