Scallion ginger sauce

Ingredients

- 120g soy sauce
- 10g korean chili flakes - gochugaru
- 30g toasted sesame oil
- 50g rice vinegar
- 15g ginger
- 10g maple syrup
- 10g crushed and toasted sesame seeds
- 30 grams scallions (about 2)

Method:

- Finely grate the ginger. Finely chop the scallions. Crush and toast the sesame seeds if not already done.
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, gochugaru, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, maple syrup, crushed and toasted sesame seeds, and chopped scallions.
- Stir all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
