Interior illustrations for Star Wars: Myths and Fables The style and design of the book was built around what an artists interpretation of oral stories that have been passed down from the generations would look like. Lucas Film wanted to pay homage to real world fairy-tales, drawing inspiration from the warm whimsical painterly works of NC Wyeth, mixed with original concepts from Ralph Macquarie.
