A takeaway classic that you can make in under 30 minutes!

SERVES 2: Difficulty ⭐️

⏲️ PREP 15 Minutes. 

📌 Dice 2 chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Add to a bowl and add 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornflour and 2 tsp water. Mix well. 

📌 Roughly chop 1 onion, dice 1 green bell pepper, grate a small piece of ginger and mince 2 garlic cloves. 

📌 In a small bowl mix 1 tsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water. 

📌 You will also need a handful of unsalted roasted cashew nuts. 

📌 Make your sauce: In a bowl add, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp hoisin sauce, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil & a pinch of black pepper. Add 100ml chicken stock and mix well.
