INGREDIENTS
Parmesan Crusted Artichokes
- 2 (16 ounce) jars Mezzetta® Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and patted dry
- Freshly grated parmesan

Lemon Caper Mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Mezzetta® Calabrian Pepper Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mezzetta® Imported Non-Pareil Capers, drained and minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. On a baking sheet, add ½ teaspoon of grated parmesan in piles all over the sheet pan per artichoke, roughly 30 total. This recipe is seriously restaurant quality but SO easy to make at home with just a few ingredients. 

This would be such a great appetizer for the Super Bowl but be warned, it’s REALLY easy to eat half the batch on your own 😏 so you might want to make some extras.
