Outdoor therapy

Nature therapy is a double whammy when paired with outdoor exercise. I ski, hike, swim, bike, kayak, etc. during the appropriate seasons because I know that I feel better after doing so. The bonus is getting to soak up all the amazing sights that one can only find when you go looking in the wilderness.
