This way, the rice noodles are seasoned and don't clump together.   3. Use 4 eggs without beating them, directly frying for better aroma.   4. Add green onion, Thai chili pepper, and ham, stir-frying with vegetables to bring out their fragrance.   Then add the pre-mixed noodles.   5. Season with salt, chicken bouillon powder, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.Finally, add Leek.   6. Stir-fry the noodles over high heat until soft and fragrant.
