Try these 3 knee strengthening exercises. Perform 10-20 reps of each.

1️⃣ Leg lifts: Straighten one leg and lift it up, then lower it down. Repeat on each leg.

2️⃣ Heel raises: Stand tall, raise onto your toes as high as you can, then lower back down. This helps stabilize your knees and improve balance.

3️⃣ Leg curls: Bend one knee and bring your heel towards your buttocks. Alternate legs.
