This recipe is one of a kind, I must say. I cannot express in words how delicious this is, and you can only know if you try jt so here is the recipe 😍

First, soak 3 cups sela rice in hot water while you prepare the gravy. Also soak 1 cup raisins to remove the dirt. 
In a pan, add 1 tbsp butter, and three thinly sliced oranges. Then add 1 tbsp sugar and sauté well. Add raisins and cover to cook for 10 minutes on low flame until the carrots are slightly soft. 
In another pan, add 1/2 cup oil and 1 large sliced onion, 1 tbsp garlic paste. Fry until golden brown. Then add 2 black cardamoms, star anise, cloves, roasted cumin seeds, and black peppers. Mix well then add 1/4 cup water and immediately cover with the lid.
