1. Make a hook with your finger and place it underneath your eyebrow supporting the eyelid. 

2. Then wink that eye 20 to 30 times. 

3. Be sure you’re not winking both eyes at the same time, focus on one at a time and only wink the eye where you have the hook underneath your eyebrow.
