Listen I am all for a baked brie but sometimes around the holidays even I’m bried out— sooo in comes this baked double cream and goat cheese with pepper jelly and hot honey. I baked in the same easy way you do a baked brie and then did a festive little puff pastry bow on top. Pair with your favorite crackers, fruit, bread, meats, nuts etc. HAPPY HOLIDAYS 🫶🏼 here’s how to make it: Note: you could really pick a lot of different cheeses for this depending on what you want.
