Banana ketchup is a Filipino condiment that is sweet, tangy and it doesn’t even have any tomatoes in it. If you’re looking for a recipe to grill this Memorial Day Weekend, then this is your sign to make Filipino BBQ. Normally it’s prepared on a skewer, but I just don’t see the value of the stick. For me it’s hard to get the meat on and off those suckers. So I use whole thighs marinaded, basted and grilled in the traditional Filipino BBQ ingredients and recipe. It’s the same delicious BBQ flavor, without any skewers to slow my roll. So deelish … You’ll really want to save this recipe and repeat often. #foodies #memorialweekend #bbqweekend #filipinofood #filipinocook #easyrecipes #foryourpage #filipinobbq
