Here's a fun game to play at home or at school to practice number recognition, as well as more and less: it's the Cup Game! Just take some paper cups, turn them upside down and write numbers on them from 1-10, or whatever numbers your child needs to work on, such as 11-20, etc. The children hide their eyes and guess which cup it's under. Each time they guess, you give them a clue to help narrow it down. Example: "The number is less than five."
