Another good image for some hidden sugar. Most people don't check the labels, thus making their daily sugar intake astronomical.   When working with clients I encourage them to not only read labels but to shoot for no more than 10g of sugar consumption a day. This total includes any fruits consumed as well. If you compare my 10g with any of these images most of them exceed this total.  How many of you have ever tracked how much sugar you consume daily?
