Ingredients: 
•450G Chicken breast (Raw weight) 
•2 Nests egg noodles 
•90G Red peppers 
•90G Green peppers 
•90G Bean spouts 

Seasoning for chicken:
•1 tsp Garlic powder 
•1 tsp Paprika 
•Salt 
•Pepper 

Sauce: 
•10G Sesame seed oil 
•30G Ketjap manis (got mine on Amazon)
•30G Honey 
•1 Garlic Clove 
•15G Light Soy

(Ingredients for 3 meal preps) 

Method: 
1.Dice and season your chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper and put onto fry with fry light. 
2.Add your peppers once cooked and put your noodles onto boil. 
3.To make your chow mien sauce add sesame seed oil, soy, ketjap, honey, and garlic to a bowl. Mix then add to your c Bean Spouts, Seasoning For Chicken, Chow Mien, Honey And Garlic, Sesame Seed Oil, Prep Meals, Instagram Recipes, Chicken Chow Mein, Meal Preps
