@macroswithmackie on Instagram: "✨Easy breakfast meal prep for busy girls ✨  1 muffin (2.6 ounces): 121 calories Carbs 10.6 | Fat 3.4 | Protein 12  McGriddle Muffins (Makes 14)  1 pound Jennie-O All-Natural Turkey Sausage 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes Mix 50 grams vanilla protein powder ( I use @cleansimpleeats ) 2 cups water 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese  Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray muffin tin(s) with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.  Add sausage to a skillet over medium-high heat and cook while breaking up until cooked through.  Drain excess liquid from the skillet and set aside.  In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Kodiak Cakes, protein powder and water until combine.  Add syrup and mix until combined.
