Healthy Low Calorie Creamy Chicken Pasta! 488 calories per serving with 60g of protein!
10min · 2 servings • 300g cube chicken breast (raw) • • 1 tsp paprika • • 1 tsp garlic • • 1 tsp basil • • 1 or 1/2 tsp chilli flakes • • 1 tsp salt & pepper • Mix till coated For the sauce: • 1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray • • 3-4 garlic cloves • • 1 red bell pepper • • 1 medium tomato • • salt, pepper, paprika, basil • • 100g light cream cheese (brand: Philadelphia lightest) • • 1/2 cup pasta water • • Fresh basil (optional but adds better flavor) • - Blend till smooth and creamy For the pasta • 130g uncooked pasta (for 2 servings) • • Boil in water with 1 tsp salt - 8mins Directions for cooking (pan is from @hexclad ) - Cook chicken on medium heat for 8 mins till golden brown • - Add cooked pasta with the sauce • - Give it a mix and simmer for 2-3 mins • -
