We're starting off with one rotisserie chicken shredded, a bag of frozen green peas, a bag of frozen carrots, all in a thirteen by 9 dish, one bag of frozen corn. You can use fresh or canned if that's what you prefer. Some diced yellow onion, about 1 onion, and then one bag of sharp cheddar cheese shredded. Once we have that, we're going to grab a family can of cream of chicken and we're putting this right in there with our veggies and our chicken. We're going to add a block of cream cheese. I'm using the Tillamook because it's my favorite. We're seasoning it with salt, pepper, and of course, I have to add some garlic powder. Once it's seasoned, we're going to put it in the oven at 350 for about 50 minutes until everything is nice and heated up. We're going to add our cooked penne pasta and now it's time to mix everything together. Enjoy. It's so good
