The grahams have a hint of cinnamon and are super crunchy - just like the real thing. Best part is while they were cooking in the oven my whole house smelled like Christmas cookies 😍 Recipe: • 2 cups almond flour • 1/3 cup gold erythritol sweetener • 2 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp baking powder • pinch of salt • 1 egg • 2 Tbsp butter, melted • 1 tsp vanilla Whisk together flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir in egg, butter, and vanilla until ball of dough forms. Top a cookie sheet with parchment paper and press dough into large rectangle Place another piece of parchment paper on top and using a rolling pin, flatten to 1/4 inch thickn

Carnivore keto cracker recipe! 1/4 cup pork rind panko (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089S863KH/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_WDWZG39XNCHVQ4981T5P?linkCode=ml1&tag=courtneyluna-20) • 1 egg 1 tbsp melted butter or tallow Mix together, chill, then press thinly onto a silicon mat. Poke a hole in the center to allow the center to crisp up. Cook in preheated air fryer at 350 for approximately 15 minutes, taking off mat after 5 min so the air can circulate around the cracker. Cook time depends on size. Mine were about 2 inches. Serve with your favorite dip or cheese! Enjoy!
