Crushed in with the food processor and I have one stick of butter and it's melted. We're going to mix it in with our vanilla wafers and make us a crust for a strawberry lasagna. Okay, then you just patch your butter and your vanilla wipers down and then we're going to go to our next step. Okay, our next layer is softened cream cheese, one fourth cup of sour cream, two thirds cup of powdered sugar. And we're going to blend all of this together. Once you've got that blended smoothly, you're now going to take a eight ounce whipped topping. You're going to fold it in to the cheesecake mixture. This is going to be your second layer that you're going to put on top of your vanilla wafer crust. Okay, once you've got it folded in, you're going to bring back out your crust and put this layer on at this time. Spread it out. You're going to move it over to the side while you take a box, three-ounce box of strawberry gelatin I should have a selfie. Put that in a bowl. Take three fourths cup of boiling hot water. It's smoking. Now, you're going to whisk this together. Alright. Now, our ice cubes have melted. We're going to put a half a cup of heavy whipping cream. And I did check it and it is cool. Now, in that, you're going to take one and a half cups of fresh strawberries. Love it. Got that all good mixed up. You're going to put in eight ounces of whipped topping. Mmm. This will thicken up. Going to pour this over for our next layer. Whoo. Look at that goodness. That's looking good. Should we get all of our strawberries out there? Now, let's let it chill for four hours and the only thing left you'll have to do is to put some Cool Whip on the top of it and maybe a few of the diced strawberries. Okay. It's a little heavy. Oh my word. Okay, now we got strawberry lasagna. It has been in the refrigerator. All you going to do now is put your whip topping on top of this. Okay, let's smooth this out here and then we'll be able to taste test it. Strawberry filling should be good and firm now. Okay, you could take it now and put a few strawberries on top but we've already ate all of ours so we can't do that. And let's see how our strawberry lasagna comes out. Now. Alright. Let's see how. Oh look at there. Strawberry lasagna. Oh yeah it's nice. Our vanilla wafers and Now this is ten. Mm. It is delicious.
