Erin Silberman on Instagram: "Chocolate Chipless Rice Krispie Treat Cookies I saw that people are making this type of dessert called “chocolate chipless” cookies, where instead of adding chocolate chips to the cookie dough batter, they are dipping the sugar cookie into the chocolate after its baked. I made my own version, but to the cookie dough batter, I added ingredients to turn a regular cookie into a cross between a Rice Krispie treat & sugar cookie. Adding chocolate after gives these cookies the actual perfect texture - these were amazing! I love this method for this type of cookie- I think melting the chocolate in the batter would have been too over powering. Ingredients •1 roll store bought sugar cookie dough •1 1/2 C rice cereal •4 oz marshmallows or marshmallow fluff/cream •1
