Thinking of the realm of ceramics, objects such as tableware, vases, or sculpture often come to mind. But, what about ceramic furniture?

BZIPPY is a ceramic furniture and housewares company founded by artist Bari Ziperstein. The studio combines Ziperstein’s interest in conceptual art and intersectional feminist principles to produce high-quality, rigorously hand-built, functional ceramic objects inspired by architecture and industrial design.

The existing ceramic process was manufactured with clay, the process of making contains the process of biscuit [bisque] firing, the process of glazing, and the process of firing. But this piece was slightly different from the previous process which was manufactured using sand finishing materials and gold (23.5K) glaze. Dimension: 57 cm, 38 cm, 46 cm H.
