First Ride: Ibis Ripmo - Now With Downtube Storage & Mixed Wheel Compatibility
Good to see Ibis adopting the Guerrilla Gravity strategy and making multiple bikes out of the same main frame components. It worked out so well for them…

Ibis Releases New 130mm Ripley
So the Ripley is needlessly heavy because it shares a frame with the a Ripmo and the Ripmo is now a franken Ripley with weird links to give it more travel. Two compromised bikes. Ibis ruined what made them special.

Review: Lewis LHT Ultimate Brakes - Clones or Contenders?
Putting these on your bike dooms you to making every trail side interaction an excessively long justification of why you bought these instead of just spending the money to get the real Trickstuff. You probably have a Kia Stinger and won’t shut up about how it’s actually a better car than an M5 too.

Review: SRAM's New Maven Brakes - The Big Brake
The mineral oil is because it makes things easier for the OEM’s it is not because it is better for you. Some sort of EU regulation on toxic fluids is a pain in the ass so it’s cheaper to give you the consumer an inferior product. Can’t wait to have that inconsistent Shimano feel a month after I get them.

Staff Ride: Dario's Downieville Santa Cruz Tallboy
@Blownoutrides: they have been having issues with the cassettes and chains too. Especially the chains. When it works, it’s awesome. But the fancy SL chains are going bad inside of 100 miles.

Shimano Patent Shows Direct Mount Electronic Derailleur
“We can’t cover you on the homepage unless you actually have something worth covering. We stretched it a bit got the XT di2 since you bought those ads but we can’t pretend it’s new and exciting when it was announced two years before it comes out. Oh you have a patent from a few months ago? Of course I look at the patents but Santa Cruz flew me to the Alps for a bike launch when it came out and I must have been asleep in first class. Cool. We can cover this patent like it’s real news. Thanks again for the ad buy”

Kitsbow to Close After Financing Shortfall
@Chief2slo: you people totally missed the point. I PERSONALLY would never ride ROCKBROS. I personally ride a Santa Cruz and wear nothing but Rapha, Fox and TLD. All companies and products that pay a living wage to my neighbors here in the USA to make durable and long lasting products in an environmentally sustainable manner and don’t ship them from across the globe in a ship that runs off the lowest grade of bunker fuel available.

Kitsbow to Close After Financing Shortfall
“What a dumb idea to charge 250$ for a shirt made in America. They shouldn’t have over paid their workers. As they say, go woke, go broke” - dude who rides ROCKBROS pedals

Development Story: SRAM's New Eagle Transmission
The hole in the XO cranks makes it obvious you were too cheap for the carbon ones.
