night ride a lot during the summer months from march to may to escape the heat. it can get up to 40 degrees celsius during mid day.

Manila, cool man. A friend of mine travels there every year to visit friends. I just may have to come along and bring my bike as well...

Hans Rey: Bike Vault

he's a really cool guy and great rider. met him when he went here to manila for a bike festival about 3 or 4 years ago. i gave him, brian lopes, jeff jones and a dude from dirt rag mag a ride to the dh tracks from the convention center. funny how brian was being all sensitive about scratching his carbon ibis when hans just threw his gt force onto the back of the pick up. it was one of the best rides i ever had in my truck and we even drove a bit of 4x4 to get to the tracks and brian was just shouting, "floor it!" haha

Hi :) first of all i wanna say iv'e been a fan of your products for about 10 years. I'm actually still running my 2005 Drop-off 2, dual coil, with dual air preload, rebound, compression and steel steerer. its still going as smoothly as when i first got it back then. it's been on three frames. and the plating on the stanchions haven't even faded. i just wanna ask how long would you recommend i keep using it? i have it almost regularly serviced, and like i said its still as great as before. i ride it for everything, from dh runs, 4x, jumps, trail riding and the occasional street session. thank you for your time :)

"to protect my wheels" ? my 26" x 2.4" tires with 40mm rim, 36 spoke, tru axle wheel set would probably cut that branch in half... hehe :)
