An uncomfortable truth that I just don't want to believe, so I won't. This is the way.

@NoahColorado Solid takeaway. Now entertaining all reasonable conspiracy theories about Walmart vendors such as Oscar Meyer and WD-40 surviving bike fest damage.

First Ride: Ibis Ripmo - Now With Downtube Storage & Mixed Wheel Compatibility
Really liking the new Ibis design aesthetic. Size specific CS, CTA, and cranks seems super practical. I'm still mullet-curious, so nice to have the option.

Video: The Aftermath of Bentonville's Tornado
@deez-nucks: It can look like that from the outside, but from my seven years here, I've learned it's a joint effort. I've been mountain biking for almost 30 years and moved around a bit. I've never lived in a place where land owners/city leaders, trail advocates, funders, and trail builders work so collaboratively. I'm not privy to all the red tape since I'm not part of the trail ecosystem, but it's taken a lot of trust for city parks departments, state parks, and land managers to be ok with 8' drops, 20' doubles and such. We are very fortunate to have the funding we do, but they didn't start the fire. The local scene did long ago. I'd say the funders were the "rocket fuel' to the fire and we've been burning white hot for about 8 years now. I think it's pretty amazing what has happened here in NW Arkansas without all the ingredients we thought we needed for a trail hot spot.

It's a common misconception. Why let the facts get in the way of some good clickbait?
