First Ride: Maxxis Highroller III Tire - DH Race Ready
Yea, I believe there was a lot of debate internally on the name. The HR3 pattern not based on the High Roller 2 at all but they were trying to reduce the number of names and wanted to kill a tire that wasn't selling well anymore (HR2).

Ibis Releases New 130mm Ripley
Sad to see the legend of the lightweight 120mm Ripley die with this model. Great bike, but now solidly a trail bike. Rather than a do all XC race/Downcountry/trail steed.

First Ride: Ibis Ripmo - Now With Downtube Storage & Mixed Wheel Compatibility
Great to see the addition of another size in the range. But wish they would have gone with "S-sizing" so we could start to move the industry there. Now we just have another confusion size "XM".

Video: The New Crans-Montana XC World Cup Course Is A Piece of Art - A Very Technical One
They should only allow the racers very windows to practice on the course. This would really highlight the racers who are better tech riders. As it stands now, they have so much time to train on these courses with their skills coaches, etc. They all nail the features. If they had, say, a course walk, 3 practice laps and one pre-race sighting lap, it would make for much more interesting racing as those with skills would really excel on race day.
