Check Out: A Huge Fender, Soft Grips, a Unique HR Monitor & Affordable Knee Pads
The Fitz Simmons chair does accommodate fenders. I was up there this week and most people were running fenders of various sizes due to rain. Some bike/fender combinations might cause problems, but I didn't observe anyone having issues. The lift ops were pretty chill about it. Seems like a "run a fender at your own risk" situation.

First Ride: RockShox Flight Attendant Trail Suspension System
The benefit of any new bike technology may be seen when put against the clock, but wether the average rider benefits or not is beside the point. If it makes the riding experience more enjoyable, riders are going to gobble it up. The question of what makes something enjoyable is entirely subjective.

Must Watch: Greg Minnaar - Not Done Yet (Full Documentary)
@ace9: The greatest DH racer of all time doesn't need to work at this point in life. It's not about staying in the game to remain relevant or collect a paycheck.

Must Watch: Greg Minnaar - Not Done Yet (Full Documentary)
Pretty amazing to see the transformation from his focus on his own results, to his focus bringing up the next generation.

Social Round Up: First Hits at Red Bull Hardline 2024
Out of all riders in the field, I'm the most stoked to see the women throw down this year.

Bike Check: Marco Osborne's Transition Spire
@taurausmountain: I ran a +1 for about 6 months. It does make the steering a bit more snappy and shortens the wheelbase which I liked in flatter terrain. I was also able to run a short stroked shock (60mm) with max volume spacers in the low position without pedal strikes. The result was a more playful spire with 160mm rear travel and 63.5 head angle. I’ve gone back and forth between setups and really like them both for different reasons.

Kona Founders Buy Brand Back from Kent Outdoors
I agree with your assessment from a consumers point of view. The brand has lacked innovation. They've held on to staples like the Honzo and Process that were hot years ago, but now hardly keep pace with offerings from other brands. In response, they simply decided to be the budget brand and water down their builds. I have no idea if this was a strategic move that didn't land like they hoped, or if they were forced into that position due to cashflow constraints. This is coming from someone who's always been a big Kona fan. I've owned six Kona's prior to 2014.

First Ride: Roval's Control SL Team Wheels Use Carbon Spokes & Weigh 1190 Grams
The price doesn't matter, IMO. They're only making 400 sets and they'll be ridden by Olympic level athletes. They're clearly not intending these wheels to be market leading best sellers. It's more of a brand statement.
